The Grace Trust

Founded by Grace Church’s vestry in 1998, The Grace Trust has grown into a substantial endowment that provides a solid financial foundation for Grace Episcopal Church.  As the endowment grows, up to four percent of its average balance can be used by the Vestry to support new programs, capital improvements, and meaningful outreach grants.

In the past few years, The Grace Trust has funded a Celtic retreat program featuring John Philip Newell; a grant to build water purification systems where villagers do not have safe water; a gift to support humanitarian relief in Ukraine; a new microphone and audio system for the church sanctuary; new playground equipment; and many other projects.

The Grace Trust gratefully receives all gifts, large and small.  A planned gift to the Grace Trust can be made in our wills.  In addition, we can make gifts during our lives to honor a special person, to give thanks for a special blessing, or to remember a dear friend or loved one.

If you would like to learn more about The Grace Trust, you may pick up a copy of its brochure    in the front hall outside of Grace House:  “The Grace Trust: A Foundation for the Future.”  The Grace Trust board of trustees is listed below. Any trustee would be pleased to talk with you about the work of the Trust and to answer your questions.
